Ingredients 175g unsalted butter
1 1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/4 cup hazelnuts, crumbled
1 1/4 cup milk
1 tsp vanilla extract
1 3/4 cup flour
1 tsp baking powder
1 pinch salt
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 handful chocolate chips
Preparation In a large bowl, blend the butter and sugar together until creamy. Add the eggs one after the other, mixing all the while.
Add the milk, vanilla extract, flour, baking powder and salt and mix until creamy.
Add hazelnuts, cocoa powder and chocolate chips to the batter and mix.
Preheat the oven to 190° C and bake until a toothpick comes out clean. Cool and serve.
