Ingredients For Momos:
Method:
- 200 grams minced meat
- 3 to 4 finely chopped green chillies
- 1 medium sized onion, finely chopped
- 1 inch ginger, finely crushed
- 2 to 4 cloves garlic, finely crushed
- 200 gms maida
- A little butter
Method:
- Mix the meat with the green chilies, onions, ginger and garlic.
- Put butter.
- Add salt to taste.
- To make covering for momos take maida and add adequate water to make a semi soft dough.
- Roll out thin rotis. Place about 1 heaped teaspoon of the meat mixture in the centre.
- Keep this in a momo mould.
- Make the remaining momos.
- Steam them in a momo basket for ten minutes till done.
- Serve hot.
